We will offer a safe space with a mix of teachings and guided exercises to help you learn the practice of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is within our grasp, but it takes courage and humility.

Your Hosts

Lucy Pattinson

Co-founder and director of The Quantum Questions and a fully certified breath coach.

Lucy has guided 100’s of people over the years towards self-empowerment, forgiveness, heart openings. She teaches several online transformational programs including The Breath Of Life program at The Quantum Questions.

David Bowns

David is a teacher. He is involved in running men’s groups, assisting on courses with The Quantum Questions and has had profound success on a personal path of forgiveness.
