The Breath of Life

This is a 28-week course led by Lucy Pattinson

In this course, you will learn about postures, breathwork, pranayamas, and the background and value of each breath. There will be training in energetics, physiology, and postures - the three segments of the breath. You will also get a certification upon completion.

The way we breathe greatly influences the quality of our life.

The course will gradually increase with more and more powerful breathwork practices in a safe, harmonious, and correct way.

This will give you the tools to transform your life for the rest of your life. 

The Breath of Life is for all levels from complete beginners to experienced breathworkers.

It will give powerful add-on skills to those already qualified.

It will move people at all levels forwards emotionally, physically, and spiritually toward a happier and more fulfilling life.

This training can count towards learning hours for those training to become breathworkers. A Certificate will be given upon the completion.
