What does it cost?
Courses are priced individually, we try to keep the cost as low as possible to keep them financially accessible to everyone.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can when the early bird price is available. You must be fully paid before the course begins so those who join close to the start date may not be able to pay in instalments.
If I miss a live session can I listen to the recording?
Yes, all presentations are recorded so you can catch up if you miss a session or you can listen to them again if you want to go over the content. Due to preserving people’s privacy when sharing in a group we only record the presentation and not the whole session. We do advise setting your intention and clearing your diary prior to attending the course so you attend all sessions. However, life can often throw us a curveball so missing a session becomes inevitable. Due to practical elements in the course we do not advise missing more than one.
Where can I access course information and dates?
Before you join you can find this information on our website. Once you have joined a course you will be able to log into the members' area and here you can view course dates and course material.
Can I switch to another start date after I have paid?
Yes, if you let us know before the course begins you are able to move to a future intake (online courses only).

How do I decide which course to join?
We offer a free discovery call for those of you who may need some help with which direction to go in next. The call is 100% about you and gives us a chance to get to know you a bit better so we can prescribe the course or action best suited to your needs and/or goals.
Do TQQ record live sessions and how do we use the recorded material from the sessions?
We record presentations that are delivered throughout the course, to be shared with those on the course in the members' area. We do not record breakout rooms, exercises or questions and answers to protect your privacy.

Who are the TQQ courses open to?
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to join.
Are TQQ trainers qualified?
The Trainers have a background of qualifications appropriate to the content being led. This can be found in more detail on the About Us page of our website.
Is TQQ insured?
Yes, we are fully insured through Balens Ltd.
What is our refund policy?
For Online Courses Only:
For cancellations 30 or more days before the course or event:
You will receive your money back minus a 20% administration fee. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the course or event:
If you can not attend the course due to unforeseen illness – you will receive a credit for 100% of the amount paid, which can be used towards future TQQ courses or events.
Documentation must be provided to be eligible to receive this credit.
No credit or refund will be issued for cancellations due to any other reason. We highly encourage you to purchase your ticket only when you are fully committed to participating in the course.
What type of behaviour is unacceptable on a TQQ course?
Being unkind or rude to other course participants or trainers.
Sharing private information discussed within live sessions.
Publicly sharing course material with others outside of the course.
Missing multiple live sessions without contacting your course leader.
