"Feel like Royalty for the day; our elegant bridal suite will take your breath away. Conveniently secluded, the well-appointed room is bright and welcoming with double aspect windows that directly overlook the lush gardens and grounds. In the corner is a cast iron fireplace with timber mantle and surround. Next door, the large master suite is fitted with a whirlpool bath, corner shower unit with bodyjet system, low-level WC and marble vanity unit with his and hers wash basins."

"Dated back to the Tudor period, The Rose room is part of the older character of Hockwold Hall. Quaint and cozy cottage style bedroom with north-facing windows and authentic wood beams accent. With a soft pink/burgundy rose color palette inspired from a 200-year-old rose at Hockwold Hall, with hints of sage, cream, and other gentle floral accents found on the two single and one double bed runners and pillows or on additional chair furnishings. Lovely stone surround fireplace and large full-length mirror.

Course Leaders
Lucy Pattinson
Co-founder of The Quantum Questions and fully certified breath coach.
Lucy is a long-standing member of the International Breathwork Foundation and the British Rebirth Society. She trained in 1992 as a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner in Connecticut, USA. It was the highest level of training in the world at the time.
In more recent years Lucy has trained with Advaitananda Stoian, a high level, spiritual practitioner and a quantum physicist. The Quantum Questions team are authorised and trained to share some of these profound teachings in their courses.
Lucy co-leads The Who Am I? Series, How to Live a Good Life, and The Breath of Life.
Lucy does in-depth daily personal spiritual practices and aims for continuous transformation, both teaching and learning from those she teaches.
Greg Garrett
Co-founder of The Quantum Questions, transformational coach and NLP trainer.
Greg is a father, coach, public speaker, and mentor. He has spent over 25 years as an entrepreneur in business and finance and as an established Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Greg is passionate about mental health and inner transformation, his intention is to share his knowledge and inspire others to make positive changes.
In more recent years Greg has trained with Advaitananda Stoian, a high level spiritual practitioner and quantum physicist.
Greg co-leads The Who Am I? Series and How to Live a Good Life.
Greg will encourage each of you to master the skills that will have the biggest impact and create changes in your life, as well as the lives of those around you.
Sam Pilbeam
Co-founder of The Quantum Questions and fully qualified breathwork practitioner.
Sam has over 10 years of experience in Conscious Breathwork and offers free breathwork online on a Monday evening.
Sam began her breathwork journey in 2009 when she joined her first group ‘Breathing Circle’ in Leamington Spa. She then went on to train with Nathalia Westmacott-Brown and Sondra Ray and travelled to many ancient spiritual sites to breathe & train including Glastonbury, India & Iceland for wet Rebirthing in the Blue Lagoon.
She has facilitated breathwork groups and runs a private practice for 1-1 sessions both online and in person. She is a fully qualified practitioner member of the British Rebirth Society.
In more recent years Sam has also trained with Advaitananda Stoian and does in-depth daily personal spiritual practices.
Sam co-leads The Breath of Life.
Liam Browne
Liam is a qualified yoga teacher and author of the empowerment classic DEALER TO HEALER.
Liam is a Healer, Podcaster, Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and well known for his epic Cacao Ceremonies. All his work is aimed at propelling people towards Self-realisation and Enlightenment via the Yogic path.
Liam will be leading the Cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and yoga during this retreat.
